Seminars for interest representatives in companies
Our seminar programmes are hands-on, structured understandably and target-oriented. You will study laws and legal basics, but will also improve your evaluation of situations at the company and develop new solutions.
Our focus is on social competences as well as technical knowledge and practical examples.
Participation requirements
Our seminars and events are open to all work council members and disabled persons’ representatives. Members of Trade Unions as well as non-members are welcome at our seminars.
Release from work for seminar participation
Interest representatives in companies like work councils and disabled persons’ representatives are entitled to seminar participation according to
Betriebsverfassungsgesetz (Works Constitution Act) and Social Security Code IX.

Seminar costs
Seminar costs are covered by the employer. Our seminar programmes include the following features:
- Seminar lectures
- Seminar material
- Accommodation in single rooms
(for seminars in Hamburg this applies to participants from other regions only) - Full board
Seminar fees are due prior to the seminar’s start, costs of food and accommodation will be charged at the seminar’s end.
