We are supporting practically the professional participation of persons with disabilities. We are advising on rehabilitation of sick colleagues and providing information on all relevant legal regulations and current jurisdiction. At the same time, we support interest groups enforcing disabled persons’ rights in the companies.

If further assistance is required, we are establishing contacts to persons and institutions providing additional support. More than 500 Hamburg companies are already benefiting from our programmes. Some practical examples:

• How can I help severely disabled colleagues with problems at their workplace or requirement of work aids?
• How can I support colleagues suffering from long-term illness and protect them from getting dismissed?
• How can I convince employers to concern themselves with disabled persons’ rights?

Our counselling is free of charge for interest representatives from companies.
